How a night works
You order.
A fifteen-minute call or a Loom, plus your materials. A short intake form does the heavy lifting.
Cut-off.
Final materials in. If they’re not workable, I pull the shot — full refund or rebooked, flagged by 7pm. A bad shot never gets served.
Delivered.
Not 6:47. Not 7:15. A finished document in a fixed three-part format: The Espresso (the answer in one page), The Thinking (how I got there), and The Morning After (what to do with it by lunchtime).
